Who We Are

I Create Namibia (ICN) is a platform designed to empower and support Namibian creative entrepreneurs. We bridge the gap between creativity and business by offering tools, resources, and knowledge that help creatives turn their passions into thriving, sustainable ventures.

Our Story

ICN was born out of a need to address the challenges faced by creatives when starting their businesses. From registering a business to understanding taxes, financing, and operational management, these are areas where many creative entrepreneurs lack guidance. Our founder, Betty Sibeso, created ICN to be the solution—a space for workshops, learning, and community building. Since then, ICN has grown into a vital resource for creatives across Namibia. After a brief hiatus, we are excited to relaunch in 2025, better than ever.

What We do

When we started our creative journeys, we faced challenges beyond our craft—business registration, taxes, pricing, contracts, and all the unseen hurdles that come with turning passion into a profession. We built I Create Namibia to bridge this gap, to equip creative entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and community they need to thrive. Our mission remains: to empower, educate, and uplift Namibia’s creative industry, ensuring that no artist, designer, writer, or maker has to figure it all out alone. Creativity deserves sustainability, and we’re here to make that happen.
