Laschandre Coetzee is the Creative Manager at Synergi Marketing (Windhoek, Namibia) and has driven projects from concept to implementation for both local and international clients over the last nine years. She enables clients and creative teams to reach their goals through her extensive knowledge of branding, design thinking, and communication strategy. Laschandre believes that change is extended when effectively communicated. And working with 'high impact' clients and communities, those who strive to play an active role in positive societal futures, has allowed her the space in which to broaden her insight into multiple industries and reaffirmed her belief that transformation is amplified where multiple disciplines, cultures, and individuals meet. She has a (MA) in Social Design from the University of Applied Arts Vienna, and in her spare time, serves on the board of the Namibian Arts Association and Greenspace. She is also one of the founders of Equal Namibia and a partner of The Project Room.
