Onesmus Joseph

Onesmus Joseph is a Senior Intellectual Property Officer at BIPA Namibia with 15 years both in public and corporate environments.

He is a holder of a B. Tech in Accounting and Finance from NUST, a Honors in Company Secretary and Corporate Practice from Corporate Secretary of South Africa, MBA in Accounting and Finance from University of Zambia, a Master of Philosophy in Intellectual Property Law from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Ghana. Coupled with various training in IP by World Intellectual Property Organisation.
